Songs of Yesteryear IV

Tags

Here’s the fourth in the Songs of Yesteryear series, covering such familiar favorites as “Red Sails in the Sunset”, “Frankie and Johnny”, and “Hot Diggity, Dog Diggity.”  We’ll remember Roy Orbison with “Blue Bayou”, Dean Martin with “That’s Amore”, and Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman with “As Time Goes By.”  We can get optimistic with “Hey, Look Me Over”, “April Showers”, and “I’m Sitting on Top of the World”, remember “When You Were Sweet Sixteen”, and have a “Hot Time in the Old Town Tonight.”  The guys can reminisce about their old gals Nellie, Marianne, Sal, and Mary, and the girls about “Oh, Johnny, Oh” and “The Daring Young Man on the Flying Trapeze.”  Another fun collection!
